Otakuthon dilemna

Soooo, I have a big dilemna for Otakuthon @_@
Friday I'll arrive in the morning (probably around 10AM or so), but the thing is...I have too many things to do!

I'm wearing Sprite Faris in the morning (since she's easy to drive in and quick to put on lol), but it's the rest of the day that is problematic...

A friend of mine wants me to try some lolita clothing, so I need to wear that throughout the day ('cause Saturday will be too complicated with Merlwyb's makeup and all to easily switch cosplays).
BUT I also want to attend the Armor and Props 101 workshop very badly, and it's a 1h30 panel. It's from 6PM to 7h30PM...

For obvious reasons, I'd rather wear a cosplay and not a Lolita for the panel, therefore I was thinking about bringing Amano Faris as well (since she's blonde, the lolita wig is blonde...I'd only need to retouch a bit the makeup and put the cosplay on).
I also don't want to wear some lolita while eating diner (which I'll do right after the panel), so I can't be in lolita from 6PM to maybe 8h30PM...

So the dilemna is...What to dooooo lol.
Should I wear Sprite Faris from 10AM to 3PM (aka when we'll have the hotel room), then the lolita from 3h30PM to 5PM (I don't want to wear it for too long anyway), and then switch to Amano Faris for the remaining of the day? Is that even possible? x"D I'm asking my friends out there that do more than one cosplay/outfit per day lol.
